Text Box: Dear parents, guardians, teachers, and community members,  

   Joining the After Prom Party Committee is your opportunity to make a difference for a huge number of teenagers and to be part of a positive fun filled evening. Our committee is made up of current 9th-12th grade parents, parents who no longer have students in our school  (but who love working on the project), teachers, and community members.  

   Our meetings are organized and efficient, convening only a hand full of times usually for only one hour.
  

  Please e-mail us at afterpromparty@comcast.net to be added to our address book.  Come to a meeting, it takes surprisingly little time to make a big impact.  Help give our students the gift of tomorrow.

A mailing has been sent to the businesses in the area asking for donations of money, food or prizes. The businesses are willing to give but don't always do so until they get a reminder phone call. 90% of the people you call for a donation say yes! The majority of our fundraising comes from these phone calls, we need people to make the phone calls. We'll give you a page of the list and a script to follow. If you make 5-10 phone calls a day for a week, your page is done. This is important; we could use your help. 

 

Hoagie tickets are now available. Tickets are good until June 1st. The store is open 7am-7pm. If you would like to sell tickets email us your address and we'll send them out.

 

A mailing will be sent to ALL school families with 2 raffle tickets and a marathon flyer. Talk to your friends & neighbors about participating in these events.  Raffle tickets are $10; prizes are $500 cash and $250 cash. Drawing done at the party on 4/24, need not be present to win. If you would like us to send you additional raffle tickets to sell, let us know.
